Welcome to Petvica. These Terms of Service govern your use of the Petvica website and your purchase of products from us. By accessing or using our website, you agree to these Terms.

1. About Petvica

Petvica is an online pet products business serving customers within the United States.

Petvica currently ships orders within the United States only. We do not currently offer shipping to destinations outside the United States.

2. Eligibility

By using the Petvica website or placing an order, you confirm that you are legally permitted to enter into a purchase agreement under applicable laws.

If you are purchasing a product on behalf of another person, you confirm that you have the authority to provide their information and place the order.

3. Products and Product Information

4. Pricing and Shipping Charges

All prices displayed on the Petvica website are listed in U.S. dollars (USD).

Petvica currently ships within the United States only.

A flat shipping charge of $3.99 per order applies to U.S. orders.

Petvica does not add hidden or undisclosed shipping charges.

Any applicable taxes or other legally required charges will be displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

5. Orders and Order Acceptance

Placing an order through our website does not automatically guarantee that the order will be accepted.

Petvica reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including in cases of product availability issues, pricing errors, suspected fraudulent activity, incorrect information, or other legitimate business reasons.

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

6. Payment

Customers must provide accurate and complete billing and payment information when placing an order.

Payments are processed through third-party payment providers. Petvica does not need to directly store your complete payment card information when payment is processed through a third-party provider.

An order is considered confirmed after successful payment authorization and order confirmation.

7. Shipping and Delivery

Petvica currently provides shipping within the United States only.

Shipping Charge: $3.99 per order

Order Processing Time: 1–2 business days after order confirmation

Estimated Delivery Time: 3–5 business days after processing

Total Estimated Delivery Time: 4–7 business days from order confirmation

Petvica makes reasonable efforts to process and deliver orders within the estimated timeframe. However, delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Delivery may occasionally be affected by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, carrier disruptions, government restrictions, holidays, or other unforeseen events.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate U.S. shipping address. Delays or delivery problems caused by an incorrect or incomplete shipping address may not be covered by the stated delivery estimate.

After an order has been shipped, Petvica will provide a tracking number so customers can monitor the shipment. Tracking information may take some time to become active after the tracking number is provided.

8. Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms of Service.

Customers should review our Return & Refund Policy before placing an order.

For eligible return requests, customers must contact Petvica at info@petvica.com before sending any product back.

9. Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order, you must contact Petvica within 12 hours of placing your order by emailing info@petvica.com.

Petvica will make reasonable efforts to process cancellation requests received within this 12-hour period, provided that the order has not already entered fulfillment.

Once an order has entered fulfillment or has been shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Customers are encouraged to carefully review their order details before completing their purchase and to contact Petvica as soon as possible if a cancellation is needed.

You agree not to use the Petvica website for unlawful purposes or in a way that could damage, disable, overburden, or interfere with the website or its operation.
